Delete your Voceris account

Voceris is published by RRDL LIMITED. You can permanently delete your Voceris account and all of its data in the app, or from this page.

Option 1: in the app (instant)

Open Voceris on your iPhone or Android phone (App Store).
On the Home screen, tap the Settings button in the top-right corner (gear icon or your tier badge).
Scroll down and tap Delete My Data, then confirm with Delete.

Your account and data are erased immediately and the app restarts as a new, empty account.

Option 2: on this page

Use this if you can't or don't want to open the app. You need your User ID: in the app, open Settings and scroll to the bottom, where it says User ID · tap to copy.

After you submit, the account is permanently erased once the app has gone unused for 7 days. Using the app again during that time postpones the deletion. For immediate deletion, use Option 1.

No User ID? Accounts are anonymous, so we can only find yours by that ID. If you've uninstalled the app, the account can't be accessed by anyone and is deleted automatically after 24 months of inactivity. You can also email privacy@trainmyvoice.app and we'll help within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile (goal, settings, streaks)
All voice recordings and their transcripts
Your voice baseline / voiceprint
Analysis results, scores and session history
Your training plan and exercise progress
Anything you published to the Arena, and votes on it

What is kept

Subscription records held by Apple, Google Play or Stripe, which they keep under their own policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the App Store (iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
Aggregated, anonymous statistics that can't identify you.
Server logs (kept up to 90 days) and residual backup copies, which are overwritten after a limited period.
